Policies

All portrait session fees are due and payable before the session begins.

Any sessions outside of the Greater Austin area will require payment in full at the time of booking. Ask me about the time I traveled 1200 miles each way for 5 no-shows/cancellations!

All weddings require a 50% non-refundable retainer fee in order to secure your date. The remaining balance is due in full no less than 2 weeks before the scheduled date.

I believe everyone should be able to afford a professional photographer. Therefore, I do offer financial assistance/payment plans.  Contact me for details.

All proofing galleries expire in 10 days.  There will be a $25 fee, paid in advance, to reinstate your gallery for an additional 10 days.

Model Releases are required for each and every session. No exceptions.

Print Orders must be paid in full before the order will be sent to the print house. No exceptions.

The safety of your baby/child will always come first. It is my policy to never attempt any pose that could put your child's well-being in danger. On the same note,  I cannot be responsible for your child(ren) during your photo shoot, so please be sure to keep that in mind so everyone stays safe!

I LOVE word of mouth and I offer credit for referrals. Just ask about my referral program and earn $$ toward session fees and/or prints!
