Valentine's Mini Sessions For Local Daycare Centers

Please contact me to set up your daycare photo session.  Any size daycare, commercial or home-based is eligible to participate and sessions will be held on site, during regular business hours.   There will be limited available slots so book as soon as possible to be sure your business is included.  $25 fee is due in advance on the day of the session, and is per child (or 2 siblings).  Once your business is booked and confirmed, there will be leaflets available to hand out to interested parents.

Additional Valentine Mini Sessions will be available on Sunday January 29th for the general public.

Jen's Senior Sneak Peek!

I must admit, I was a little nervous before shooting this session!  I had never met Jen, and it had been many, many years since I'd seen her mom. But we quickly warmed up to each other and I had so much fun with this one!  Jen has a great, whimsical personality and quickly began tossing ideas around.  There is much more to come, but here is a tiny little peek of her session yesterday...

A Stroll, just to be Strolling...

Well, today I took a trip about an hour away to a small town called Marble Falls.  We went there via one route, and came home another. I stopped a few times along the way to snap just a few photos. I was feeling a bit 'uninspired' so to speak, so I went another way with my editing, letting some creative juices flow on a few of the photos. I hope you enjoy!

Yes, it's a tree.  A live oak to be exact.

and pale green. I think this would add some pizzaz on her wall!

Playing around with colors.  This is not my usual style, mind you.. just
having a little fun.

We saw this super cool VW van sitting in the parking lot at the restaurant where
we stopped to get some lunch.  I just couldn't leave without a shot!

I'm not sure what this building is.   We saw it up on a huge hill along
the side of the road while driving in Blanco County out in
the middle of nowhere so we pulled over,  I zoomed in
and there you go.

I Heart Faces Challenge | Black

This is my first submission to "I Heart Faces".  The theme is "black" but black and white photos are not permitted.
I have such a deep love for this photo of my Goddaughter, as I can remember after I took it, such a simplistic approach to a profile shot with a backlight from the window, and my heart skipped a beat when I saw how it turned out.

I had the privilege to attend the last home Varsity volleyball game for the Rouse Raiders against Marble Falls.  What better way to end Senior Night than with a win. Good job, girls!!  Enjoy!

Friday Night Lights

What a beautiful night for high school football, and what a great place to be in!  The Rouse Raiders v. the Lake Travis Cavaliers.  The temp was a cool 79 degrees, the people were ready to enjoy the game, and the rivalry was sure to please. I chose to shoot from the stands, so that I could actually be part of the ambience.  Enjoy!
